Its a daunting process to think about the 'how to' when you're considering the acquisition of something made with stained glass.
Our aim here is to make that process as smooth and stress free as possible.
Detailed below is the outline of how we like to progress a project.

you already have an idea and design in mind, drop us an email

Now we'll set about the task of transforming your idea into an artist's impression (electronic or sketch) of the stained glass window or product.
Once we have this we can play around with an infinite number of colors and glass choices. We then present you with the impression
for you to critique. Every aspect of the design is open for change and we promote a healthy exchange of views and ideas so that
we can work towards a result that you are happy with.
Rinse and repeat ...we stay at this stage until you are 100% satisfied, then we'll provide you with a 'NO OBLIGATION' quote.
The balls now in your court, you have your quote, please feel free to use it as a measuring stick for other quotes you might source. We

You've decided we're the people for you!
As outlined in our supplied quote, we ask for material costs to be covered before a project commences. We believe we have shown our commitment
to your stained glass project so we now ask you to show your commitment.
Once this payment is made, we consider that your instruction for us to 'go ahead and make it'.
Photo Diary! ...from this point on we begin to take snap shots of your stained glass project which we provide access to via our website. You can
view these any time you like. Some of the photos may not be interesting, but hey, we get excited by everything and its always interesting to
see your idea begin from the materials and transform into a finished item.

Your stained glass project is complete!
We now provide you with LARGE photos so that you can inspect at close quarters your stained glass project.
Once you've done this and are 100% happy with it, we'll ask you to pay the outstanding balance due. In the unlikely event you have a change of heart
and want to run and cut your losses, we're totally happy with that, it would however be a shame and of course we would be disappointed but we'd all
move on.
We would then package up your stained glass project with more layers than a 'pass-the-parcel' parcel and get it shipped off to you providing you with a
tracking number so that you knew it was on its way.

We'll send you an email and ask 'how things are'.
We would also love some photos of your stained glass project in its destined location.
